  1. Oh how exciting! Big, big congrats! So sweet to add a boy to your estrogen-rich household. That last picture with your gang comment made my husband and me laugh out loud. (He’s sitting here next to me on our cruise.) And what long fingers Joseph has. A future pianist perhaps?

Hope your recovery is going well. Very happy for you!

    • Glad to give you both an LOL. Cruise, huh? How nice. Where to? People said the same thing about me and my piano fingers. Alas, it was never to be. I suppose they may help me type faster, maybe? Who knows.

  2. I’ve been thinking you must have had him. He is such a cutie. A million congrats to you. I know it’s exhausting, but I do hope you treasure every moment. Get your rest (or at least try to). Blessings to you and your family! ❤️💕🌹

  3. Yay! Huge congratulations to you all, and welcome to the world JA! I’m so glad I decided to browse blogs this morning, something I haven’t done for a long time, so I got to see this! He’s so adorable, and I’m really pleased you get to have the boy experience too, which is very different to the girl experience 🙂

  4. I don’t for a second think that little boy is going to be absolutely doted on by his sisters. Nope, not at all… Bullies beware – this kid has a built in squad.

Congratulations to the entire family! (and I hope you are maximizing those naps)

  5. What a cutie! I suspected you finally got to welcome the new addition into the world. Congratulations to you and your family! What a crew! One benefit of having girls first–helpers. Lots of helpers 🙂 (not saying that older brothers can’t be good helpers as well, it’s just that boys have more tendency to accelerate the “let’s go out and play some ball” activities. Then again, girls are more likely to dress up the baby brother long after “doll” stage.) It’ll be a whole different set of experiences with a boy.

Enjoy the new dynamic! Well, between naps, right? 😉

  6. If you ever take him to Paris on his birthday, tell him the fireworks are for him. 🙂

Best to all of you (including sleep),
