Today I’m doing something new by sharing with you a post by a woman who interviewed me a while back. She made up a great infographic under the title 8 Scientific Ways to Improve Your Marriage Today. Since I’m obviously a proponent of happy marriages (See 101 Tips for a Happier Marriage), I was happy to post her article here.
Tell me your thoughts in the comments. Do you agree with her eight? Are there others you would add?
From Elizabeth Davis:
As time goes by, we tend to get stuck in our everyday lives, take our spouses for granted, and stop investing in our marriage. But here’s the thing: marriages are not static, things change. It’s on you to decide whether you’d like this change to be towards a happier, more fulfilling relationship with your spouse.
The following infographic from Relationships Advice shows you 8 great tips you can start doing today to improve your marriage.

This is wonderful. All are so important. I particularly think having a sense of humor and respecting your spouse go a long way in making a marriage happy. Life is too challenging to not be able to laugh at ourselves.

Most definitely. One of the things I love about my husband is he has a sense of humor, even when we’re pseudo arguing.

All good points here. If I added one thing, I would say, appreciate/respect your spouse’s opinion.

Definitely a good list! Particularly important are having fun and laughing together, most other things can be overcome if you’ve kept the fun and laughter because that means you still enjoy each other’s company.
