My five-year-old drew me a picture depicting flowers, princesses, and heart-shaped balloons. Below them was a whole lotta brown. I asked, “Is that dirt?” She replied, “No, that’s a puddle of coffee for you to drink.” Have I been caught licking spilled coffee off the floor?! (I thought I was being discreet!)

Um…does your husband need to buy you a supply of coffee???
No, that’s alright. There’s plenty of it lying around.
Do you need your fix? Addiction is a hard road to turn off.
Not to worry, friend.
If you say so. Just say no!
Pff! I’m not addicted to coffee. Honest. No need to worry!
I am sure you are not – if you say so.

Sounds like something mine would have asid.. I’m a java junkie
Okey I am laughing out loud all by myself!
Yeah!
My kids will say “Double double” when playing with their kitchen toys. Or “Mommy, this is a coffee for you.” I’m just that predictable.
Love it! Thanks for coming over. So happy to see you here.
I love how it’s a puddle too—couldn’t have made it a cup, huh! Lol.
Kids have funny imaginations.
