My seven-year-old started dragging a chair from the dining room to her bedroom, so naturally I followed. Then she put the chair under the fan so she could reach up and pull the chain to turn the fan on. That being accomplished, the purple stuffed “love bug” that was caught on a fan blade then flew off and onto the floor. I didn’t ask any questions.
About a half an hour later, I noticed the bedroom light was on, but I knew my daughter wasn’t in there. I walked in to turn off the light and found this:
Her little accident led to the discovery of a new game! I just wish I had dusted off those fan blades first.

I don’t know if that would stop my 4 year old from trying it on her 2 year old sister…hahaha!
